D.C. is probably the American city that has the second biggest chunk of my heart lying in it somewhere. Seattle is number one because it's home, but really, I have never loved a place more than DC.

Sometimes I work 2 blocks or so from the white house. I think that is so neat. Even though getting stuck behinds motorcades is really annoying I cant help but think of how cool it is that I might be watching the president go by.
Im excited to see how this place gets for the inauguration.
I have never been to Seattle, but it is near the top on my list of places to go.

I really want to go to the inauguration but it's going to be a madhouse. And I'm still really paranoid and scared for Obama and would be absolutely horrified to bear witness to anything related to the worst case scenario. So I'll stay home, but I'd love to take a trip out for spring break! It's silly, but my favorite place to eat in Cajun Grill in the basement of Union Station. hahahha, I go there everyyyy time I'm in the city. Maybe I'll work there in the city one day, who knows!
