D.C. is probably the American city that has the second biggest chunk of my heart lying in it somewhere. Seattle is number one because it's home, but really, I have never loved a place more than DC.

Im a fan of this city. Its really hard to be here sometimes because I miss my friends and being somewhere Im absolutely familiar with, but I still love it here.

Sometimes I work 2 blocks or so from the white house. I think that is so neat. Even though getting stuck behinds motorcades is really annoying I cant help but think of how cool it is that I might be watching the president go by.
Im excited to see how this place gets for the inauguration.

I have never been to Seattle, but it is near the top on my list of places to go.

I really want to go to the inauguration but it's going to be a madhouse. And I'm still really paranoid and scared for Obama and would be absolutely horrified to bear witness to anything related to the worst case scenario. So I'll stay home, but I'd love to take a trip out for spring break! It's silly, but my favorite place to eat in Cajun Grill in the basement of Union Station. hahahha, I go there everyyyy time I'm in the city. Maybe I'll work there in the city one day, who knows!

I know the last time I was in DC, we accidentally ended up in the Pentagon parking lot. The parking lot dude was not pleased by 4 teenage girls.

Its a neat-o place. Especially since most of the stuff is free.

If you ever make it down here we have a big ole couch and a bulldog and cat that love to cuddle!
