ok, yeah i'm a hippie liberal at heart, but I don't like propoganda on my side, either. There are more trees in the US than there were 60 years ago, and no one ever states that (except penn and teller). Just because they're not the original forrests, doesn't mean we're running out of trees. Although it does suck that the rainforests are diminishing. STILL, i don't like feeling bad about using paper when using paper in this country actually means you're ordering new trees.

Things i didn't know until i met steve, from the biggest liberal AND logging state ever. Ok, maybe i can go watch the rest of this thing now that i got that off my chest.

that is a good and legit point...I think those stats are to be "alarmist" and get attention, but they aren't backed up, true. But keep watching to the end, there's way better information there. Especially about our created throw-away economy.
