It seems my loved ones think me in need of some pampering; Christmas brought me a paraffin dip from Rob and a massage from my aunt, both of which I redeemed in the past two days.  The massage therapist was just wonderful, very sweet, and she confirmed something I'd always suspected, that I have an abnormal amount of tension in my upper back.  She ( Read more... )
