First Sarah and Ian move in next door, and now I find out that Northampton is getting a high speed rail line that will go north to the border of Canada and south to New York and DC. This place just gets better and better.

It is, though after thinking on it a bit more, I am wondering how it might change the economy around here. Specifically, I wonder if it will make Northampton into more of a bedroom community or if it will gentrify Springfield and Holyoke without bringing any industry there.
