I got a call from Memorial Blood Centers yesterday. I think my 56 days or whatever the time span is between donations is up because this is the third call in a month. They need my blood type (O+) so I'll go in next week ( Read more... )

ahhh, pie. We'll be in D.L. or I'd totally do that. Thanksgiving gorging while high on blood loss sounds pretty awesome.

FAIL = Too much Prob & Stats & Teaching :-(

I can tell you that I personally liked MIA's Kala, Spoon's Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga, Radiohead's In Rainbows, Arcade Fire's Neon Bible, Wilco's Sky Blue Sky, Brother Ali's Undisputed Truth, LCD Soundsystem's Sounds of Silver, and Robert Plant & Alison Krauss' Raising Sand. Oh, and some of The New Pornographer's Challengers, although it was no Twin Cinema. In fact, I'll post these. Then give me feedback.
