This was probably the single worse day I have ever had at work. The schedules were due in the new system by four. At five minutes to four, I received a call from the finance and was told that I would be locked out of the system at four. I signed off at two minutes to four and went to grab something to eat. That sucks. I hate switching over to new systems (I'm assuming that's what you're doing and why you are having to manually type everything in.) Maybe you won't have to work too much in HI.
