Saturday
As the teenager sleeps away, I'm being quiet, drinking my second cup of tea and catching up on e-mail and LJ with one eye on the backyard bird feeder. I also intend to read the newspaper and fix pasta salad for tomorrow.
What to do today; mow yard, run errands, and begin packing for this Thursday's flight to Los Angeles and BookExpo (!!!!). -
Food Ideas for the Weekend

Mother's Day
Mother’s Day actually started right at midnight for me. I was being my son’s chauffer, as his high school band had their annual banquet and dance at a small hotel in Austin.
