I have been having these weird hunger pains. There are really fierce and right below my rib cage. I was up half the night, hungry. I am hungry right now even though I just ate a Quaker deli grinder. Those things are huge, I never eat a whole one

That would also explain the burninating and the poops. Oh no! You know how they check for an ulcer? It goes up your bum but you're probably used to that.
