I have finally come to accept that I am an extremely loud swallower. I don't know how I never realized it before, but sheesh...it's obnoxious. I apologize to all of you who live with me, drink with, share an office with me, sit next to me in class

Thanks for looking. The best I have found so far is a mask I can print off. I wouldn't have thought this would be so difficult. I'm afraid I am going to have to try become the crafty mom and make something up.
