The best part of the speaker was the orange. THUNK! on the stage. Oh, btw, that was supposed to be a point.

Your parents were so cute, they were so proud. Of course, esp. your dad.
On my way home I realized that we've been to each one of each other's graduations. We should just go balls out and get our Ph.D together.

I just kept staring at the orange waiting for him to work it into what he was saying. Apparently the code that makes up the orange had to re-write itself when dropped it....zzzzzzz

I was quite surprised at how my dad was just beaming. I didn't really expect them to be that into it.

LET'S DO IT!!!!!!!!

Mario, I'm G rated when writing from work. I'm a corporate gal. I tend to get a bit open when I write comments etc. from home. Ok, GIRL? :) I do like to be surprising, though, seriously. Notice H wasn't even phased by my words.

I'll be here WHEN you decide to go back. You can bitch about all of the snotty know-it-all students and stupid papers and idiot profs...

and I will commiserate.

My parents didn't always seem to think my going back to school was a very good idea. I think the look on my dad's faced proves that I was wrong.

Thanks again for enduring all of my horrible school stories. Now I have to find something else to complain about ;)

You complain? Hardly! Have you read my journal lately? THAT'S complaining...LOL

Maybe you'll have some stories to tell about your 10-day trip?

That's awesome that your mom earned her MSW as well. I have a couple of classes left to take over summer, but I plan on taking an extremely relaxing vacation after that.
