Wow. Lots of days and lots of stuff. Lots of end of year happenings. Monte preached and we did music for 3 services last weekend. It's all been good. Last night about 20 gals for an end of year MOPS Pass the Hat were at our house. I've got lots to do. Been doing lots. Spring adds the yard into the mix (which I love; I'm not complaining). I have lots of flats from the nursury and seeds I started, in my greenhouse (since snow was forcasted again!). And I started walking with some of my Pink Lady friends. I just drove home. Was listening to a tape of our pastor Peter. This is thought provoking - The band Creed sang a song with the line: "We stamped our god with In God We Trust". Apparently it wasn't until 1957 that that phrase got added to our money. And too the phrase "under God" was added to our pledge (are we to pledge?) of allegience ( Read more... )
