For the amount of crap on FL roads I would highly recommend getting it because you WILL get a nail in your tire.

I have something similar with Goodyear. They replaced my tire when I had a slow leak that they couldn't plug. I didn't even have to argue with them. They had to put it in a watertank to even see there was a nail in the tire. It was worth it to me, and if you ever wanted to get new tires, just run over some nails purposefully. :)

with my work and MI roads i have always gotten the road hazard from discount they never question it they just put a new one on. so far i have had 4 tires replaced under the program at $80/tire for the cavalear and 190/tire for the truck its been well worth it. and at least up hear when they put the new one on you can buy the ticket for the replaced (free) tire and the garentee starts all over.

Bah, they ripped me off, but that was 15 years ago. :p I think all tire places have some sort of extended warranty.

I have declined the coverage every time. The tires I have are fairly cheap and I have yet to run into and issue outside of wearing them out.

It could work out in your favor to get the coverage or it could just sit there and not get used.
