I wish our school had a job counsellor or whatever, so we'd know what's best for us and all the options available.
I think you should just go with whatever you like doing. It doesn't matter if you can do it or not -- if you like doing something, you most definitely CAN do it, and keep in mind you'll have to be doing it for the rest of your life. :) If you like multimedia and stuff, go for it. Colourblindness is not a disadvantage. Screw disadvantages. If you want to do something, then do what Nike says and Just Do It. ;D
Actually most schools' counselling teachers can give us advice regarding our career in the future....may not be as good as professional job counsellors or those counsellors that you'll find in colleges,but they still could help us nonetheless

If else fails I would suggest that you become a guitar teacher...I would gladly be your student =)
Not to worry much though,once you graduate,open your eyes and look around,there'll be pleasant opportunities waiting for you to pick them up
