Have you got that Friday feeling?
I am so glad it's Friday. This week has been a bit of a whirl.
Work My proof on Wednesday didn't go ahead after all because the defender more or less agreed to what my client wanted. So that meant just turning up to court on Wednesday to have the proof discharged and ask for decree. The Sheriff was a stickler for procedure but I liked him. ( Read more... ) -
Silence
I've been under an enforced silence over the last few days because the office has been without internet / email since the weekend. It has been such an inconvenience.
3 days in after coming and goings by IT people and BT engineers I'm back in play :) -
Robert Burns
It's Burns day today for those who don't know.
I am a big fan of Burns poetry. I have fond memories of doing poems such a Tam O'Shanter in school. It's very visual. My art teacher used it the basis for a project. He read whole chunks to us before letting us loose on our own sketches/paintings. *Happy days ( Read more... ) -
