Foot problems are common in diabetics......perhaps that helps in figuring out this foor thingy?

yeah you're right, and the doctors have said that the diabetes definitely aggravated his foot problems-- ya know, made his immune system weaker so that he couldn't fight off whatever was in his foot. But they still don't know what exactly it IS in his foot, so they aren't sure how to treat it. at least thats my understanding of it all... ♥
