I just had 2 pks of ww crisps at 1 point each, I choc bar at 1.5 points earlier 2 pink and whites at 1point and oh bloody wait for it

an entire lindt choc reindeer at 25000000 points no doubt!

hey there, hope you enjoyed xmas, I did and I hope I did not go too far over points. I tried to make good decisions but decided I was having a few chocs. Then on boxing day night a girlfriend came round and we had some wine, chocs and pringles! then it was my birthday on the 27th, so yea I had a few chocs!

So exercise... this is the kicker for this week. How to get on track and stay motivated? any ideas? 
I forced myself to do 15 mins of a gentle aerobic work out, and it is gentle but gets you breathing faster and I can feel it now its over.
I am glad I did it but it was a tad lackluster if I am honest and I always am with weight issues with myself.
