So yesturady sucked! I ate sooo much crap. We went out to dinner and i just sabatoaged my whole week. It sucks, I feel grosssss! I was doing soooo good, i was so proud. I dunno, today started off decent, i had a slimfast shake for breakfast. 100 cal snack pack for snack. then for luch i had cheese and crackers with some guac&& sour cream...that ( Read more... )

You shouldn't beat yourself up about having a meal out once in a while - my parents are coming to visit me on Wednesday and taking me out for lunch, and I've alraedy decided I'm going to eat whatever I want without feeling guitly about it (but then straight back on the wagon afterwards). I figure that if I decide beforehand what I'll allow myself to eat, I'll feel less guilty about it and won't get into the vicious cycle of guilt leading to eating more, leading to complete diet failure!
