01 - 20 Mensō ni Onegai!!
1982, December the 24th, born Ijūin Akira.
1988, December the 24th, Ijūin Akira's 6th birthday.
1989, April 1st, Ijūin Akira starts going to school.

During summer 20 Mensō stoles the Donchō in the Gamera-kan.
Ōkawa Utako declares her love for her teacher, Mahāvīra Rudra Shiva, but she's turned down. Later that evening she meets 20 Mensō and decides he'll be her new love.
August the 24th. 20 Mensō steals the ice mermaid Ōkawa Utako's father wanted to give her for her sixth birthday. In exchange he gives her a ribbon.
November. The two of them begin meeting each friday evening.

* During the whole Vol. 1 CLAMP said Ijūin Akira is 9 and in third grade elementary school. This is impossible.
Ijūin Akira is born December 24th. In Japan kids needs to be 6 before April 1st to be inscribed to elementary school. A school year starts in April and ends in March.
This means in his 4th year of school he had his 10th birthday (In chap 8 Vol. 2 CLAMP stated in December 24th he became 10 and was in his fourth year).
However this also mean that he couldn't be 9 during the summer of his third year of school (We know it's summer due to all the characters wearing summer uniforms, which are worn from July the first to October the first).
Incidentally CLAMP made him a fourth grade in Vol. 2 and in Hakuen Tokkei Duklyon and CLAMP Gakuen Tantei Dan who're placed around the same time of 20 Mensō Ni Onegai!!. His age difference with Ōkawa Utako is also kept for all Vol. 2 as 4 years.
Therefore I'll assume saying that he was in third class was a mistake CLAMP made and that the whole story is placed while Ijūin Akira was in forth class.

Ijūin Akira is born December 24th. In Japan kids needs to be 6 before April 1st to be inscribed to elementary school. A school year starts in April and ends in March.
This means in his 4th year of school he had his 10th birthday (In chap 8 Vol. 2 CLAMP stated in December 24th he became 10 and was in his fourth year).
However this also mean that he couldn't be 9 during the summer of his third year of school (We know it's summer due to all the characters wearing summer uniforms, which are worn from July the first to October the first).
Incidentally CLAMP made him a fourth grade in Vol. 2 and in Hakuen Tokkei Duklyon and CLAMP Gakuen Tantei Dan who're placed around the same time of 20 Mensō Ni Onegai!!. His age difference with Ōkawa Utako is also kept for all Vol. 2 as 4 years.
Therefore I'll assume saying that he was in third class was a mistake CLAMP made and that the whole story is placed while Ijūin Akira was in forth class.
