I've pointed this out to the Leo for both his Mr. Reviewer hat and because he's a huge supporter of The Marginalized in literature. I was then duly informed that he's had his eye on it since first hearing about it and is eagerly awaiting its arrival. :) Congrats on the book, Neo_Prodigy!

I have put in my request that my public library purchase it. I highly recommend that others do the same. I don't read much fiction and have no idea how I'll react to it, but based on the themes, I know there's somebody 'round here who needs to discover it.

Remind everyone. Most public libraries accept such requests and give good consideration to them, given that the work is recent and not too expensive. YA fiction is a shoe-in at mine. I do it for all my writer friends. Shelf-space on a library's NEW BOOKs racks is like radio-play for authors.
