Our artifical tree is shedding needles

I thought one of the main advantages of fake trees is not having to worry about needles falling off! What am I supposed to do, water it with rubber cement?

Did you just get it this year? They want repeat sales, so if you bought it a year or more previous... that would explain it. ;)
