so i signed up for a blood drive yesterday at work. the drive was held today at the Franklin VFW hall (first red flag i should have noticed but didn't). i get to the blood drive this morning 10-15 minutes before my 10 AM appointment. i walk into the VFW into a bar area with about 6 people smoking. i am a big supporter of the smoking ban, but
