Here is my new favorite freezer meal. It takes me about 25 minutes to make 3 freezer lasagnas and we can eat each one of them for two days! Here is the lasagna recipe. First I'll post the original one, and then I'll tell you what I do. The original recipe didn't make enough for 2 good sized lasagnas

2 cups cooked egg noodles 1 Tablespoon chili powder 1 pound ground beef 1 cup grated cheese 1 can tomato soup (condensed) 1 can corn drained 1 small jar pimentos (for color) 1 cup water Sliced American cheese or Velveeta onion powder garlic powder salt/pepper
Cook beef with chili powder and drain. Add noodles, soup, and water. Season to taste with spices above (or others if you like). Add corn and cheese. Turn into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Cover with cheese American cheese and bake for 20 min at 350.
It is super simple and I really like to eat it. We have it on our menu for this week. It really isn't exciting, but it would be an great dish to freeze.
