The icon is nice, but if I were you I'd switch the direction of the arrow to the speech bubble, so that it makes sense. Pinky is the girl ghost, after all.

Man, as weird as it may sound, I miss hanging out there on those hot summer days. Not because I like school, but because there are some fun people there.

I think I know what you mean. Steve is a very cool person. And yes, most of the younger staff members are good.

Of course, when you say "little men" it makes it sound like he has employed a whole bunch of midgets. Either that or Oompa Loompas.
