OH SHUSH! Hehe. You don't know how bored I get at night, and mudding helped pass the time. I mean I *still* can get on everdark, but I am thinking of just holding off for a bit. I log on here and there to look for a few people, but for awhile I figure I will new things to keep me busy. The question though is this...WHAT in the world will I do to keep me busy? ;)

Hrm...I wonder if zMUD supports SOCKS...(proxy servers...telnet port blocked? Set up a proxy on some random port at your home computer.) Hell, use VNC (that thing I used to see my comp at home) and zMUD "from home".

If y'using command line, just rsh/ssh to the shell account instead of telnet. Different port, problem solved. D)

Proxies are basically like a middle-man. You connect to the proxy machine on its port, and tell it where you want to go, and it relays between you and the destination. Proxies can be set up on any port, which is what the firewall would see you connecting to. The destination would see you logged in from the proxy. D)

The program you're using just has to support using one.
