Gah! I can't believe I missed it! In any case. . .

Happy Birthday mkholmquist!!!I'm so fortunate to have met such a wonderful friend in you (and the other Angels). Thank you!! It was a lovely day. Very low-key. I went to work, did some errands and treated myself to some relaxing lavender stuff from www.thehealinggarden.com which I found tucked away on the durg store shelf like a diamond in a stream.

As for the yarn... funny you should mention that. ;)

How are you feeling? Have those headaches disappeared yet?

Sounds like a very lovely birthday! And the new yarn is gorgeous; I really like Water Lilies. As crazy as it sounds, the kitchen in my first apartment was painted many of those colors. The previous occupant was an art history major with a love of all things Monet.

I am feeling a little better-thanks for asking. The headaches are diminishing slowly; not completely gone, but almost. :)

Oh! I'm still trying to make a trip to Threaded Bliss to show your yarn to Shelia. I was hoping to do it today but Katie's home sick again. I should be able to go either tomorrow or Thursday. Hope that won't be too late to help you with your pricing decisions.

Oh, thanks! That shouldn't be too late. I'm going to the shop tomorrow for a book-signing (KAFFE FASSETT!!! I'm so excited), but I'm hoping there will be too many people around for her to bring it up. Then I can think about it more before I go to the knitting group on Thursday. :)

I'm sorry Katie's feeling sick. So am I which is why I'm home today. Tell her I'm commiserating from far away. :)

And I'm glad to hear that the headaches seem to be on the mend. And hopefully your doctor will be able to tell you what they are and how to prevent them returning.
