While I haven't made much progress on the therapy (I've only met with the Doc once, then the student that I was supposed to work with never connected with me and I haven't followed up because that is one of the problems I am seeking help for in the first place), my knitting is getting better by the day.
I started of with a way too big project - a christmas afghan for my Dad. It took forever - but I did get the basic stitch down by the time it was done.
Following this I made several other foursided objects that the locals here call scarves. I'm donating them to the Buddhist center for either sale or donation to a homeless shelter. (The pic came out red - imagine them lovely blues and deep purple).
Lately I've been making purses. I started off with clutches - and I've recently made a pretty groovy sprial pattern piece (to be shown here in the near future). After much trial and error I finally figured out a method to line the clutches. This red one is for a co-worker.
