in 2 weeks i'm going to parksville for the weekend with trish and chris (from work). i haven't been on the island in 3 years, so this should be a nice getaway. chris is a merchandiser with lordco now, so lordco pays to put her in a hotel for however long she is going to be in the area. she is helping to set up the new parksville warehouse, so

tofino is awsome. I used to go there alot when I was younger. theres alot of old hippies though.

if it were the summer time I would suggest a whale watching tour, totally awsome, but i dont think it would be running this time of year. have fun!
