Measuring heart rate with a piezoelectric vibration sensor

While trying to create a circuit that detects whether water is flowing through a pipe by measuring the vibration with a piezoelectric sensor, just to see what happens I taped the sensor around my finger and - to my surprise - got values that were a very noise-free ( Read more... ) -

Energy efficient and ecological homes
I like having my home energy efficient and environment friendly, maybe some of you have ideas on things to do.
Here's what I do so far:- Replace all Lamps with LED Lamps (mostly done)
- Install toilet water tank that contains a sink and uses the refill water for washing hands
