You still might get it (even if it's the same flu as the shot), but not as bad as had you not had the shot.

Actually, there is a seasonal live attenuated intranasal as well.

Theoretically yes, but it also depends on how your immune system reacted to the shot, whether it is the same strain and whether you are discussing true influenza or "the flu".
