Dragon Con can be very overwhelming... but if you have a plan and friends to work that plan with, it's loads of fun.

It can be overwhelming, but it can also be hella fun. I found it really beneficial to havea good amount of $$ saved, and to have a tentative schedule/ itinerary going in.

Otherwise, it's one person against 35 tracks all having between 4 and 10 events running each day.

Well, I've never been, but I know people who have and it sounds like they had fun. I have a hotel room reserved, but nothing else so far. I don't know if I'm planning on going, but there are quite a few people I'd like to see and get autographs from.
