The Big Read reckons that the average adult has only read 6 of the top 100 books they've printed.

1) Look at the list and bold those you have read.
2) Italicise those you intend to read
3) Underline the books you LOVE.

I'll read The Bell Jar one day >_< You should definitely read Correlli's Mandolin! Of all the books I read in college, that one still gets dog-eared and left by my bed once or twice a year. I love it.

I'm almost ashamed to say I've read several of these books and gave up in the middle because they bored me to tears. Oh Dostoyevsky, you deserve better than poor ole me!

I stole this for my LJ! :) I definitely agree with some of your favorites, although I didn't enjoy some of your others. Yay for different tastes! Even though you don't have it italicized, I would highly recommend The Little Prince (It's my favorite book of all time!). <3
