That's the first time I heard of this show. It's really interesting to see a show like this in a country other than Turkey :p Do they speak Turkish?

It's a German show set in Berlin, actually. We have quite a few Turkish immigrants here in Germany and this is an satiric take about the meeting of the two cultures. A Turkish man moves in with his German girlfriend, they each have a son and a daughter who are completely against the relationship of their parent and initially hate on each other. (except for the German son, he's the youngest and all "yay, i got a new daddy") It's quite fun until season 3 when it all turned to crap.

But yes they sometime do speak Turkish and the shows creator is Turkish as well.
