I still think Kartia is in the top of my "lost gems of 1999" list

I happen to own the "Rebus Original Soundtrack" (Rebus: The World of Fate, a.k.a. Kartia) and I was listening to it. I still think that the game has some of the best characterization and artwork in a 2000s-era video game. The gameplay itself isn't that great (but at least the battles are super easy) but the characters are excellent, the dialog is

I still have my copy. Someday I might actually play it. I think I must have gotten it used around the same time you did, amazingly, or maybe a little after - it was when I worked at Software Etc.
