Alright, I get it. I'll be sure to keep all future posts extremely superficial and only happy sunshine and rainbows. I apologize that I used my journal to actually express my feelings and it won't be happening again

Frack, I seemed to have missed something important! My first instinct is to stand in front of you both and growl at people like an agitated bear. Since I'm not 100% sure what happened I suppose it's probably wise to instead distribute psychic hugs to the injured party. If Matt doesn't want hugs from me I'll give you extra.

There were studies done on how it negatively effects the psyche when everyone only talks about superficial things. It isn't healthy to cultivate a perpetually happy image, especially if it's false. People need to be real.
