Anne Marie came over last night for Christmas Eve. I wasn't shy about the fact that we're dating... but I wasn't as flamboyant as usual, like at parties or in public, or at her apartment.

I know how it feels to question someone you're dating because the people around you are less than enthusiastic about it. It sucks. I figure you already know how I feel about you and Am as a couple, but from how dejected you sound it seems like it bears repeating: it makes sense, it makes you happy, and therefore it makes me happy as well. Hopefully with time your mom will come around.

P.S. CAN I BE THE FLOWER GIRL?
