I just feel a bit of nostalgia for the old covers so I made a small batch of icons.

Those are definitely my fave covers too. And even though having all of my YW books in different cover sets drives me mad, I love 'em too much to upgrade them.

I completely agree with you.

On the other-hand, the business of the old covers made icon-ing really difficult, and I don't like how Nita & Kit are drawn in a few of them.

I'm still debating whether or not to get the new hardcovers of the older ones, just so I can have a matching set.

I agree- the newest ones are really pretty, but I really like the detail on this set. Don't know why, but they just really rock.

I'm actually way too young for those covers but damn they're pretty... did you find the scans on the intarwebs or did you scan them yourself? And if you found them would it be rude to ask for a link?

I have been trying to find every cover of the YW series, as I only have truely seen the one Digital photo ones (that are featured on the YW website) and the newer ones (I believe) that feature the pastell drawings.

I want to see the old ones! But.. I cannot find them.. I also want to see the forign language ones. (Moreso the japanese covers)

If anyone can help with this, please let me know!
