24 Naruto (Gaara, Temari, Kankuro)

I must admit, I got the idea for these from these wonderful icons over at kismet_icons. I have played with coloring manga scans for a while, but I never got it to look quite right. They turned out like worn-out watercolor paintings with drips of paint on most of them. I became better with the technique as I made the icons

Very awesome style!

If you don't mind my asking, what type of layer setting did you set the textures at? I've been attempting to get a similar effect for a while with similar textures, but could never get it right. (I could never get my coloring like kismet_icons coloring, either. D:)
