I wonder if teen/early adulthood rates of suicide increased, decreased, or didn't fluctuate when the Backstreet Boys broke up, and how the rates today compare to how they were when the Backstreet Boys were together still.

You'd have to do that for all boy bands, wouldn't you? To compare to see if the BSB have more of that effect than others or if it's a general boy band phenomenon.
