it is very strange coming back home once you've been away. living in a town like i do, nothing's changed. but every now and then i go off dreaming of driving on the express way after dark, going back to school, back to where i belonged. sometimes i'll even do a double take over a street name. "cherry street" "omro", and the "10 miles to UW Titans" sign. not to mention driving forever to get to a taco bell or a mcdonald's only to find out there was one much closer.*sighs* yeah...you know the saying, once you leave home. you can never go back again.

babies may be odd, but it does come very natural. doesn't? if not, well it certainly will ;)

being a godparent isn't as much responsibility as you may think.just don't worry so much. it'll be just fine.

as for the rest of it? well, i guess only time will tell. if you have to sit down and think "am i happy?"then you're probably not happy. at least, not truly happy. there's nothing wrong with busy, just don't forget to take the time to do things you need to do.
