Wearing a t-shirt in February and being totally comfortable

The temperature hasn't been about 15 degrees in a week. And the extended forecast for 10 days shows nothing higher than 29 degrees until a week from Saturday. You know its bad when you're looking forward to a high of 21 because you know it will feel warm.
