I was thinking about changing my LJ user name. I'm not sure why exactly. Maybe because I've used the name for 10 years now. Maybe I'm getting bored with it. I'm not entirely sure why. What do you guys think? Should I change it, or just keep it as it is? I'd really like input on it. Lol.

I think you should keep it!
It's who you are--or who you WERE.
And I think that's really important.

Like, my name meant a lot to me a couple years ago...now...not so much.
But it was important then, so I'm keeping as a reminder. ^.^

You have a point. It's not that I don't love this name, it holds a lot of meaning for me, but I feel like its not ME anymore in a sense.

This is kind of funny, as I recently decided on using a different user name (Kuwagatamushi), but haven't gotten around to changing it here.

You did choose that name when we were like 15 and into YST, and the significance of the name is all but gone. Thing is that, you've been using it that long, so you now are pretty much known by it. Someone loses track of you for some reason? Google "kasey sanada," and a crapload of entries comes up.

So that's both sides of it. What were you thinking of changing to, anyway?

Probably jamming_flow. No real meaning behind it, I just like it. I've been using it as my main email for awhile and I like the sound of it

That's probably one reason I'm hesitant to change it. I've used it for 10 years so EVERYONE and their mom knows me by it.
