How much for shipping of RESCUE to Malaysia? through prority mail and first class?

Shipping for Jidai to Singapore is about $6 USD for first class. As of right now, I have all the photosets on hold, but if I don't get a reply by 6pm PST, I'll open them up again. If I do add the photoset you want. It shouldn't change the price.
