Dick,

You are a man in demand. Flying in the Pilatus PC-12 would be very cool. I've heard they are pretty high performance for a turboprop.

I'm sort of serious about doing the SLN trip -checked and the skeds make it pretty easy using the 1430 flight to SLN which arrives SLN at 1525 then the eastbound Greyhound out of SLN at 1810 arriving downtown KC 2125.

Gives 2 hours in SLN which is perfect - no sweat on getting from airport to bus station and there's a place to eat in the bus station which I've spent many hours in. It's a break stop and driver change point on all I-70 Greyhound trips and I made quite a few drops or pick ups in SLN at Bergkamp Industries mainly.

Found $84 fare for the flight and $44 for the bus so an expensive afternoon but all doable and I think it'd be neat to fly in the Pilatus. Wanna go? We can ferry cars on this end and share a cab on the SLN end. The other way would be one fly and one drive out - meet at the airport, swap and return. Gas money vs bus fare however no camaraderie en route.

Yes, I would be interested in a daytrip on the Pilatus and return by Greyhound. Looks like one way fares are currently around $59 in May, so we might be able to get it done for a little over $100 plus incidentals and lunch.
