[Yes he's inviting Ishida over now that he's spotted him. There's room and he wants Ishida to meet his friends.]

[ Tatsumi-san. He'd noticed he was there, should have, perhaps, stopped by his seat before finding his own. Only, he might not have been able to get away. Glancing up in response to that familiar name (no one else here calls him that), in that familiar voice, Uryuu considers refusing.

Only, why? Worse, or at least stranger, is the realization that he doesn't want to. A beat of further hesitation, in which he suspects he might actually look unsure (to his chagrin), then he's pushing out his chair, standing, (tucking it back in), and-
