Mother's Day!
Posting random internet stuffs for my mom, since I don't get to see her for about another week T_T To make up for it, I'll dig up my piano sheets and sing Edelweiss or something when I get home :D
Happy Mother's Day, all!
I don't know if you or Henna were aware, and I forgot to tell you over the phone, but a bunch of rock bands got together to commemorate the 10 year anniversary of hide's death: "hide memorial summit" just a couple days ago. Of course, X Japan was there, so of course your favorite, Yoshiki, was there. When hide died Yoshiki composed a piano piece called "Without You", but never let anyone sing the words that went with it (he wanted Toshi to do it). And at this concert is the first time I think this happened, after 10 years. Of course, it's beautiful - Yoshiki on piano, and Toshi on vocals.
I think they may also play it when they come in September.
Second: Your favorite raaga is malkauns, right?
Third: A Japanese koto piece. You'll recognize it when you see it, it's the big stringed intstrument you always ask about in that one Kagrra, video.
Lastly, since I mentioned Kagrra,...this is a fun video of theirs: "Haru Urara" (Khoobsurat Bahaar). Yeah it's pretty early, isn't it ^^
