Erm...I think that's part of the reason I got into a financial mess to begin with. Trying to balance my checkbook on the go.

My real resolution will be to do just the opposite.

Today I subbed for the typing teacher I had back in the 80s, which was kind of fun. Several of the kids tried to pull fast ones on me (Mrs. B. always lets us do so-and-so and...), but it didn't work. Not out of Azkroban yet, but we did get rid of Fudge and actually have a decent boss now. So things aren't as bad as they were before. Hopefully I'll only have to work there two evenings a week after the first of the year, and by summer I'll be gone for school.
