I just tried out TrustFlow II for LiveJournal. The following people come up as being "close by".

If you're looking for new friends, one person you might want to add is fsb2005. She's in NYC, she has a 4 month old and just went back to work, and I know she was looking for more working moms on her friends list. :-)
