When: Fri., 8/24, 8pm (gates open at 6pm); Free.

We have a few LJ friends in common. I'm going to add you to my friends list. I also hope you don't mind me asking, but in Laura's journal I saw you said you had a great ped-would you mind me asking who you go to-I'm due in Feb and currently looking for one.

Not sure if you live on the East Side but if you do I just LOVE Global Pediatrics. The office is on 76th between Lex & 3rd. All the doctors in the practice are GREAT. I believe they have an open house once a month where you can meet the doctors. We used to see Dr. Brovender. I actually was sooo upset that I had to switch offices as I changed jobs and they don't take my new insurance.
We now go to Pediatric Associates which is on 34th between 1st/2nd. We see Dr. Burstin. He's not all warm & fuzzy like Brovender but he's a great Pediatrican. He was actually listed in NY Magazines Best Doctors issue this year under pediatrics.
