So I got my approval papers for the mortgage today. I think Scotty and I are going to look at the places we have narrowed down this weekend. These two are right by Gretchen's in NE. One is a 4/2 and one is 3/2. Both basements *should* have enough space for my pool table. One has a kick ass kitchen but no windows on the west side of the house

you should eschew the dime a dozen single family home and build a flat pak house.

How exciting! You should look and see if the kitchen is something you can remodel easily.

just make sure you are patient!!! don't get too excited and settle on a house just because you want one! :)

Crazy the thought of you,G and another buddy of mine within 5 blocks of one another??

I can't wait to buy a house, I might not be as close as you 3 but I will be in the area for sure.

couple years till I have to be an adult though ;)
