Homes I looked at today.

If anyone is interested, below the snip are the houses I looked at today. I will list them in order of how much I liked them. Oh and I am making some fantastic chicken enchiladas right now.

i def. think the middle two are the best of that bundle.

The basements in both of those are disasters. Reeks of water damage and mildew. The one on Fillmore had about 20 sq ft of straight up mold on the basement walls.

i like the 3rd one. you'll be about 3 blocks from my parents and you can go have beers with them :) if you get the place checked out and the foundation and everything is great - then get the basement redone. I like the look of that place and the kitchen is cool.

This one is probably out cause of the basement/structural damage. Most of the cosmetic stuff looked like it was done to cover up problems.

I'm looking at three more and taking a second look at Monroe. Monroe hands down blew the other ones out of the water. It was extremely well taken care of. Had 3 walk in closets, three 3 season porches, and the kitchen was by far the best.

it's a bummer they couldn't rotate seasons on the porches... like get one that's good fall > spring, one spring > fall, one summer > winter...

ANYWAY, kitchens sell houses, for sure. That's why my place is going to FLY off the market!
